Alliance Business Capital is a Commercial Loan Intermediary / Advisor for Commercial Real Estate and Business Loans. We are not currently a direct lender and rely on our business lending partners to fund loans originated by Alliance.

Alliance does not charge any fees on SBA Loans or USDA B&I Loans over $1 Million. Additionally, we do not charge any fees on the Business Loan Programs listed on this site, we do however charge fees on Bridge Loans, CMBS Loans, and our Investor Loans Programs.

We also have fees for certain services like putting together a business plan or income and expense projections. We typically charge an hourly rate of $100 for work on these items but may be willing to set a flat fee as well for these serivces.

Well hopefully the fact that since we started in business in 2010, we have 0 complaints, not to mention we have over 30+ years’ experience in financing residential and commercial real estate properties. We offer several different business financing programs, have established business relationships in place and our closing ratio is second to none.

We understand the how to get deals approved; we pre-underwrite every deal and know how to package a deal for the best change of obtaining a loan approval.
